Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
I need a little more details before I can help you my best.
1. Was this the first episode? When did it happen ?
2. Was it when you got up from sleep in the morning?
3. Were you able to move your legs or walk? Or it was like you were not just able to move due to pain? I mean to know was that transient paralysis kind of thing?
4. Did the movement came spontaneously? 5. Any other medical history?
6. What is the current status?
7. Any redness over the limbs?
8. Any fever?

1.This is not the first episode. But usually it used to happen in either one leg and not simultaneously in both legs. It used to happen at any time, mostly while lying in bed or getting up from sitting position.. Yesterday it happenened around 08:30 P.M. while I was lying in bed.

Dear Friend.
An examination is required to make a diagnosis in your case.
I would like to mention that possibility of Restleg leg Syndrome, Hyokalmemic Periodic paralysis , Lower limb cellulitis are there.
I would advise you to get investigated:
1. Serum Electrolytes
2. Serum Ferritin.
3. Doppler lower limbs.
Share my opinion with your doctor.
Review with reports.

Brief Answer:
Detail Follows.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
I would advise you to see an Internal Medicine Specialist for this at present. Once he evaluates and feels any other specialty opinion is required he would ask you for that.
You can go to any good physician (MD Medicine) over there, he would help you with this.
If you have any further query please ask me else close the discussion and rate it.
