The patient had diabetes and kidney disease. This occurs in 50 percent of diabetes patients. . Serum creatinine is the most important test to monitor the kidney damage. Swelling of legs blood pressure and weakness can be controlled by regular checkup with nephrologist.
I need to know the blood pressure. Blood sugar levels and reports of blood test particularly kidney function test and urine routine.
