Please tell me about blood test, are they normal?
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting.
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. The cause of your suffering could be the common haemoglobin and vitamin D deficiency along with lack of exercises.
To help you better please tell me-
1.What makes the pain worse/improved?
2.Do you smoke and any pain in joints?
3.Any chronic disease like diabetes, varicose veins (visible tortuous veins)?
4.Are you able to walk on your toes and heels?
Looking forward to you reply.
Take care

I don't smoke and do have any pain in joints. I just tend to get back pain some days towards the end of the day.
3.Any chronic disease like diabetes, varicose veins (visible tortuous veins)?
Nothing in any of these diseases mentioned.
4.Are you able to walk on your toes and heels?
I can, but this gives pain in my calves and I can't walk for a long time.

                                    Brief Answer:
Vitamin D supplementation and calcium will help
Detailed Answer:
Hello
It's good to see you.
I have gone through your reply and have following suggestion for you-
1. Regular exercises (calf stretching), drink plenty of fluids and take milk and milk products.
2. Never avoid breakfast and avoid crash dieting.
3.Cap.uprise 60k once a week for 3 months along with tab.citromacalvit once daily for three months. May add pain killer like voveran 75mg SR once daily on SOS basis.
4. Gentle massage along with hot water fomentation has soothing effect on muscle fatigue.
You may get blood test for vitamin D and B12 to know whether they are sufficient or not.
I am quite hopeful of getting improvement with above suggestions.
Take care
