Question : Hello dr my problem is that ihaveswellings on my both foots and sometimes it likes streching elasticbands,but my serum creatine levels arenormal im afemale aged45 so pls advise me wat to do hb is11.4 tc 11,400 im diabetic rbs 178.9

Brief Answer: Request your Doctor to change Telma to another Detailed Answer: Hi. Telma is known to give swelling on feet as its side effect. IT is good that creatinine is normal, Hb level is acceptably alright. But a count of 11,400 suggest me a chance of an infection in the body. I hope your blood sugar levels are well controlled. I would advise you to consult your Doctor and request him to find the cause of raised WBC count and get a treatment for this. also go for test of Serum Proteins. Also request Him/ Her to change the medicine from Telma to something else which has no side effect of swelling on feet. Regards,
