Question : what is this? acne or rash? 3 week old breastfed baby girl.

Normal Eruptions.

Dear Friend.
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
These seems to be normal eruptions of new born.
No treatment is required. They will go on there own.
If there is any pus discharge or they increase severely then topical steroids with antibiotic creams would be required.
At present I won't recommend any treatment.
Stay Healthy.
