What Causes Lesions On Lower Abdomen And White Particles In Stool?

Question: I am a 66 year old female with severe GERD, Gastroperesis, "mixed" IBS, some very small lesions in lower stomach with some precancerous changes in cells.
What night be very tiny, white, kind of hard, round spheres in my stools? I'm getting the willies thinking about what they coul be.

Spheres in stool are not typical and most often than not, they represent transient and not significant findings in relation to a specific disease condition. For this reason, I will suggest that you monitor your stool and make sure that this observation is real and not a false alarm.
