Brief Answer:
Stucco keratosis , get them removed

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same .
I have seen the attached pictures .

You seem to have developed lesions of stucco keratosis .
First of all , I would like to tell you that these are essentially harmless skin lesions. They are mainly a cosmetic problem which means that they look bad.

There are not many effective remedies for their home treatment . If they are a real cause of concern, then I would suggest you to see a nearby dermatologist and get them removed by chemical cauterization or radiofrequency treatment .
