Question : I had thermocoagulation under my eyes to treat cholesterol deposits and on my forehead for a mole on my forhead two days ago and a yellowish scab has formed on my forhead and some lesions under the eyes don't have scabs but are yellowish. There is no redness around the areas. Is this normal ?

Scab appearance is a normal thing. Used method causes a kind of burn and wound. Scab is a normal healing process. Lack of redness rules infection out. So no need to worry.
