Brief Answer:
Diagnosis should be confirmed
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Lethargy and tiredness can be present in:
1. anemia, or decreased hemoglobin levels
2. abnormal thyroid hormone levels
3. low vitamin D levels
4. diabetes
I will suggest her to get her hemoglobin level, thyroid hormone levels, vitamin
D3 levels and blood sugar fasting and post prandial levels checked to confirm the cause and take treatment accordingly.
Cyst in the brain is unlikely to cause such symptoms.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
