                                            Question : My 4 year old is lethargic, producing a lot of spit, no fever but keeps saying the same things over and over. No fever but does not feel good. Any ideas?

I would strongly insist you to get his blood tested for routine counts and CRP (C-Reactive protein level) and to visit a pediatrician with the reports as soon as possible. A urine routine microscopy and culture might also be required. Meanwhile give paracetamol and tepid sponging to bring down the temperature.
