Question: I am feeling light headed after I awake in the morning, then settles down and then soon come back. Like almost to the point of being dizzy.

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms. The most common cause of such symptoms are episodic drop in blood pressure and are most common when you go from the sitting to an upright position rapidly. I will like you to control your blood pressure during such times. For now, I recommend that you drink enough water and change positions slowly from lying to upright so as to avoid this. Each time you feel dizzy, please hold a nearby object or sit on the floor so as to avoid falls that may produce severe consequences.
