Brief Answer:
Nothing serious to worry about in my opinion

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The cramping could purely be due to the sexual activity after a long gap, that could have resulted in muscles that were otherwise relaxed for almost a year now to contract and relax; thus causing mild cramping which should not amount to anything significant and shall gradually subside. It should not really be raising any cause for concern.

I am sure it should subside in a day or two, please feel free to keep in touch and write in with any developments until you feel better again, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
