If you have already taken 4 cytotec to induce medical abortion for pregnancy, then i must tell you that ideally mifepristone 200 should have been taken first and then after 36 hrs cytotec should have been taken. This is a wrong regime which you just followed.
Now all you can do is just wait for the bleeding to start if it does that is.
There are high failure rates with early pregnancy and improper regime, hence it should always be taken in a physician's supervision.
Nevertheless wait at present for 3 days , if the bleeding doesn't start then get an ultrasound pelvis done again to check for pregnancy viability and then get a D& C done.

Well , the smaller the pregnancy sometimes it is difficult to get aborted. As you have already taken 4 cytotecs , you should wait for atleast next 8 hrs for the bleeding to start. If the bleeding starts and continues, then after 72 hrs you should get an ultrasound pelvis done to check for any remaining products of conception , but as of now , you can just wait. That would be safe. Also as you have already had 2 cesarean sections already a D& C would have to be done in experienced hands.
