Question : A week after my period stopped had light brown discharge yesterday but today normal bleeding like my period again ?? Have implanon implant for 1.5years now

The brown color spotting can be due to few causes but in your case it can be due to hormonal imbalance cause by implanon.
You should wait and watch for 1-2 cycles if problem persists than consult a Gynecologist to rule out the causes.
The most common causes are stress,anxiety, hormonal imbalance, infection etc.
