Question: Hi I woke up this morning & was feeling very light headed. I didn't faint or anything but I found while walking around I kinda was unsteady on my feet & kind of going sideways at times. I do not have a headache or feel sick in any way

Brief Answer:
Should not be a problem if it happened for short time and no other symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear XXXX,

Thank you for posting your question to HCM,

I read your question and understand your concern.

Lightheadness is often a sign of low blood pressure. I would suggest that you find a way to measure it.
From your description seems like that that was the only symptoms you had. If that is the case, then it should be nothing to worry about. Measure your blood pressure and be careful while you walk. It may be something momentary.

But, you start having other symptoms, like nausea, vomiting, dizziness, if you faint...then let me know, and I will advice accordingly.

Do you suffer from any chronic problem? Giving me as much information as possible, would help me a lot, to give more accurate advises.

Let me know if you have other questions,

Regards,
Dr. Klarida
