Brief Answer:
Needs some investigations.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.

You are having palpitations, light headedness, headache and feeling cold all the time since 2 days.

The common causes of such symptoms could be anemia, changes in blood sugar levels, changes in blood pressure and stress and anxiety.

I would suggest you to consult your doctor and get your hemoglobin, sugar levels and blood pressure checked. Also get a ECG done to rule out cardiac cause.
The treatment will be according to cause.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.
