Question : For the past two weeks I felt all the pregnancy symptoms. My period was due on the 24th of this month, but I got it on the night of 23rd. It only lasted until the night of the 24th and it was very light compared to my previous periods. I just took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative. I've taken 4 in the last week but they all came out negative. What is wrong with me?

In my opinion chances of pregnancy are negligible but in case you are still suspicious get a bHCG test done which will tell you the accurate status of pregnancy.
It is very reliable and thus will solve the whole confusion.

Such a feeling is usually encountered in times of emotional stress or at times in acute weather conditions.
Also in case you had any emergency contraception pill in this cycle then that can also lead to such symptoms.
But in my opinion There is nothing to worry.
