Question : Hi I have been having regular periods the first day be light then the second n third day be heavy fourth n fifth day be light I was two days late n now it's very light bleeding no cramps took a test m its negative what could be going on

Hello, it can be a very early pregnancy or worse tubal ectopic pregnancy.
I would like to suggest you to get bhcg test done and tell me the values.
Its a blood test which will confirm the presence or absence of pregnancy.
