Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Actually there are many causes for painful testis. For your information, i will discuss about each of them.
First cause is Trauma-- In your case , there is no history of such incident.
Second cause is -- hormonal imbalance-- Again you are not suffering from this because, you are not giving history of any feminine features.
Third cause is excessive tobacco abuse-- Again there is no such thing in your history.
Forth cause may be- Excessive masturbation-- again NO.
Fifth and a common cause is Stress.
Sixth cause may be inflammation or infection of epididymis, testis or the surrounding structures.
What to do now--
First of all try to find out the cause of your problem by consulting a urologist, get yourself properly examined and investigated and get an expert management of the case.
Hope this will certainly help you.
Waiting for your further follow up queries if any.
Regards.

Hello,

Thanks for writing again.

Yes. Excessive masturbation is also one of the causes. You need to consider this factor also. Avoid it till the pain subsides.

Wishing you an early recovery.

Hello,

Thanks again for writing back.

I would treat you with anti-inflammatory analgesics and antibiotics as the possibility of infection cannot be ruled out.

You may use Ibuprofen twice a day after food for 2-3 days. I encourage you to consult your primary doctor for evaluation. They can prescribe you a course of antibiotics.

Hope this helps.

Wish you speedy recovery.

Regards
