Question : I had a surgical abortion at 5 weeks, on Monday 4th July and had the Morena inserted. I did have intercourse on Saturday 9th July. Since then I have been lightly bleeding, but I still have nasuea and sore breasts. Is this normal or could I still be pregnant? Thanks

Brief Answer:
Pregnancy not likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
After the mirena coil is inserted the chances of pregnancy after unprotected intercourse is not there. The mild bleeding can be due to the mirena coil itself. It will subside on its own in few days. The nausea and sore breasts is a common side effect. You need not worry.
