What Causes Light Vaginal Spotting After Taking I-pill?

Question: hi
I got my period on July 2nd and lasted for 5 days as usual and later in the mid of July I had intercourse with my partner only once and next day morning took an I pill only 1 dose, and on August first I spotted slight bleeding and it lasted for 5 days, bleeding was very lite, can I consider that as Normal period or is it because of taking ipill, if it is because of taking ipill can I still expect to get pregnant.
