Hello,
amoxicillin may indeed cause these symptoms but there is no way to document it. Ear infections may also cause dizziness, particularly when severe or improperly treated. Severe middle ear damage may cause vertigo.
If you don't have real vertigo that is a spinning sensation with nausea and vomiting then amoxicillin sounds like the most likely cause.
