Question : Hi I have some lightheadedness and dizziness and I sometimes feel like I'm gonna faint for the last 3 days. It happened after a few days of what I believed that it was me getting drugged and I still believe this. This happened only during sleep and now once while awake. Any advice? I have attached a recent CT but I dont know how valid it is since other factors were weird. Please advise.

Brief Answer:
Tests are necessary to confirm/exclude drugs.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your questions here at HCM.

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

If you believe that you were drugged somehow last days, you should be tested with drugs screening tests in order to confirm or exclude this possibility.

CT scan view that you uploaded corresponds only of one brain cut (part) and this is a normal CT scan view. (However, it is not sufficient to judge about the entire brain)

If being drugged will be excluded by tests, other possible conditions that may cause your symptoms include any common viral infection, dehydration, anxiety and stress disorder.

Please discuss with your primary care Doctor about these issues.

Hope this helps.

I remain at your disposal for further questions and clarifications.

Take care.

Tnak you doctor for your response. I do have trauma from the past. Could the disorder cause partial atrophy in terms of loss of fine sensation and some numbness around one small part. Also could it cause heaviness in legs at times or an arm? Please let me know. I can send more shots of this.

Brief Answer:
More CT scan views are necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

It is necessary to upload the CT report or more views in order to evaluate if there is anything wrong structurally speaking with your brain.

Awaiting.....

Hi i don't have any more pics other than from Aug.29, 2016 and they were from a period of headaches and not from a period of what felt like druggings especially in the last week that happened at similar times in the night and with similar feelings. There was actually 2 of note. 1 sour and 1 more clear type of high. The clearer one was for 3 days at 2 a.m. 12:15 a.m. and 12:45 a.m. last week Thurs. early morning, Friday and Saturday.
