Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that considering your age and the fact that you are on antihypertensives so I would like to suggest you the following

1. Kindly get your Bp checked periodically especially when you feel lightheaded to see any significant drop in bp which might require lowering the dose of your medicines.
2. Get your kidney function test done.
3. Serum electrolytes levels
4. Thyroid profile
5. HbA1c

All these tests will help to figure out the underlying cause for your symptoms.

Hope to have been helpful.

Kind regards
Dr Bhanu partap
