Hi,

I would recommend that you seek medical care to exclude heart attack by an electrocardiogram as these symptoms although unusual but can be a sign of an upcoming heart attack.

If excluded then this could be due to gastric esophagal reflux disease which should be improved by omeprazole and ranitidine. Also, this could be due to bronchitis which can be diagnosed by a chest X-ray and can be treated by an anti-inflammatory medication as ibuprofen tablets.
