Brief Answer:
Check sugar blood levels first

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Since you are prediabetic, changes in blood sugar levels (hypo or hyperglycemia) may cause such symptoms.

So, checking your sugar blood levels is necessary first.

If sugar levels don't justify these symptoms, an alimentary intoxication (food poisoning) should be considered.

In both cases, it is better if you see your primary care Doctor and get evaluated by him.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take care.
