Brief Answer: hi there Detailed Answer: Thanks for writing in .... Sorry to hear that you are experiencing a whole lot of symptoms. The possibilities that come to my mind are 1. menopause/post menopausal symptoms 2. anxiety/stress 3. anaemia 4. gastritis/dyspepsia 5. thyroid disorders 6. vitamin B12 or vitamin D deficiency 7. electrolyte abnormalities 8. cardiac pathology. I would advise you to visit a physician at the earliest to rule out the above mentioned possibilities. You might need to get the following checked : hemoglobin, blood sugars, thyroid function test, cholesterol levels, electrolytes, vitamin B 12 , vitamin D, blood pressure, ECG. Try to sign up for yoga or meditation classes ,which might help you relax . Eat well balanced meals Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. If symptoms are due to gastritis or dyspepsia, the doctor might prescribe pantoprazole. Hope this information was helpful to you. Get well soon. Regards, Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
