Brief Answer:
May be a vasomotor Rhinitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that you may be suffering from the Vasomotor Rhinitis.
For your kind information vasomotor rhinitis is not caused by an infection or allergy but it may be triggered by something that irritates the nose, such as: Alcohol, Certain foods such as spicy and strong emotions.
The main treatment for this condition is to avoid the things that trigger your symptoms.

I personally suggest you that you may go for some examination to rule out the other disease and to reach the near diagnosis.

1. Nasal endoscopy and detail throat and nasal examination.
2. Absolute eosinophil count.

Thanks
