My suggestion is that you report the progress of this rash to me. If should be drying up with no new ones. If this is not the case, I will recommend that you follow up and get this rash examined by a doctor.

The cause of this, If confirmed as allergy, would be identified by trying to analyze all the products you have used recently. If they are new, that may be the likely cause. If you have ever had any similar rash in the past, look back at the two circumstances and pick out the similarities for that would be a big clue towards identifying the cause.
