Loose stools can lead to dehydration. So you need to take oral rehydration solution.
You can take electrobion.
A good urine output and a moist tongue are indicators of good hydration. Continue taking electrobion as long as you have loose stools.

Loose stools most often is due to infection. So get a stool analysis done to rule out infection. If infection is confirmed you may require a course of antibiotics/antiprotozoal medications.

Include yogurt in your diet. You can have rice based diet.

I started with dry cough some 10 days ago and continue to suffer. My loose motions are under control but Oral dehydration continues.
Should I use Sporlac tab to clear my intestines? Should I get my stool tested? I feel drowsie through out the day, Doctor!

Since you no longer have loose stools, there is no need for a stool test.
Yes continue taking sporlac.
Since you say that you still are dehydrated and that you are feeling tired, take oral rehydration solution like electrobion.
