Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
First out - please stop washing 8 to 10 times a day.
It just depletes the normal ' good ' vaginal flora, thus allowing infections and sensitivity to flourish.
Just clean with lukewarm plain water when you use the restroom.
Get a vaginal swab and culture done to rule out irritation.
Do not use medicated or perfumed soaps, cleansers, gels, douches, talcs etc.
Wear cotton underpants and change often.
If the loose skin is rubbing against the folds and leading to recurrent soreness and infections, then surgical removal of the extra skin and tucking of the folds is a very logical option.
For that you would need to see a Cosmetic / Plastic Surgeon.
All the best
