Brief Answer:
more information would be needed

Detailed Answer:
If you have had blood testing and colonoscopy, and all has been normal (from the blood tests including pancreas enzymes, liver enzymes, thyroid tests, celiac disease panel), then you could have a type of Irritable bowel syndrome. This is a functional disorder which can alter your bowel habits and make you have loose stools. You can also get abdominal pain occasionally.
I would suggest you increasing your fiber in diet, or even adding fiber supplements to your daily routine (Psyllium fiber powder) - that is the generic, but many brands are available.
I would not advise any anti-diarrheals if you only go every other day, even thought it is watery.
Sometimes, diet needs to be modified, and anything with dairy, caffeine, spices may need to be avoided and see if it helps at all.
Hope that helped, let me know if you have any further concerns
