Hello Doctor,
In continuation to the problem we spoke couple of days back. When we sent entire reports to our surgeon, he suggested to have bed rest for 4-6 weeks. He is suspecting there could minor cracks near to end portion of stent( near to hip area). He is in opinion that giving bed rest for 4-6 weeks will help to heal the crack itself. Can you please check the attached reports and suggest?

Brief Answer:
She needs complete rest.
Detailed Answer:
She has to be non weight bearing to prevent any further injury to the joint. It is best to take absolute bed rest. Wearing a long splint with normal activity will not help.
