Brief Answer:
can be due to the Liver insufficiency

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but these cravings may indicate liver insufficiency so I would recommend that you get a blood test for liver enzymes together with an ultrasound abdomen to exclude liver pathology.

Also, chocolate craving could be a sign of magnesium or copper deficiency, so I would recommend that you take a multivitamin pill three times per week.

I hope I answered your question.

Brief Answer:
Alcohol related liver disease

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms, All these symptoms are symptoms of early alcohol related liver disease which includes:
abdominal (tummy) pain
loss of appetite
fatigue
feeling sick
diarrhoea
feeling generally unwell
I would recommend that you decrease your alcohol intake and get a blood test for liver functions ( AST and ALT) together with an ultrasound abdomen to assess your liver status. I hope you find this helpful
