Brief Answer:
Don't need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

I read carefully your query and understand your concerns about your health.

Since you have been trying to lose weight and you have lost weight ,you probably has changed your eating habits or have exercised a lot.
It is normal to have a decrease in appetite during the all process of losing weight.
Since the weight loss was intentional and this weight loss was gradual ,you don't need to worry. This decrease in appetite is normal.
If you are eating less food for a while ,your stomach will adapt to this amount of food and you will feel full even if you haven't eat much.
Feeling full after a few bites , loss of appetite and belching might be symptoms of Acid reflux ,which is a condition when the stomach acid moves up into esophagus.

Sometimes exercising a lot may cause acid reflux. You don't need to worry, you can improve your symptoms with some diet changes and lifestyle modification like:
-Avoid spicy ,fatty and processed foods.Avoid coffee ,juices ,chocolate ,and other foods that can trigger acid reflux symptoms.
-Try to eat small frequent meals instead of 3 major meals.
-Drink plenty of water.
-Avoid eating at least 1-2 hours before exercising .

Since you don't have any other symptom like stomach pain or abdominal pain ,unintentional and drastic weight loss ,you don't need to be concerned.
If your symptoms doesn't seem to improve in some weeks ,you may consider consulting a physician and get examined.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have other questions or doubts to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.
