Question: Hi XXXXXXX

All is well...hope you are also doing well.only problem is that my baby is not breast feeding properly as she used to be earlier..while feeding she cries..and before excretion also she feels uncomfortable..when contavted local govt hospital Dr. He prescribed faltuna drops & sporlac powder..and said it may be due gas entering the stomach if baby is not made to take belching post breast feeding..
When her gas releases she feels comfortable...but only problem currently is she cries during breast feeding and do not feed as frequently as she used to feed earlier..

Brief Answer:
May be your treating doctor is right.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

Nice to listen from you again.

Yes! I am fine and understand your concern here.

Sometimes it happens normally when baby refused to take feed.

There are so many reasons and most common is stomach gas( so try to release her gas and burp her after each feed).

Try these method-

-Change the position.
-Breast feeding during walking.
-Express the milk before feeding in baby mouth
-Engage her in something
-Singing during feeding
-See that whether sufficient quantity of milk is there or not

Please stay calm and cool and try, she will take feed.

Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more.

Good luck.
Regards
Dr.Richa
