Brief Answer:
GERD: Nortryptiline - Low dose TCA is very effective.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

I'm Dr. Neel Kudchadkar and I'll help you. I have read and examined your query carefully and I will handle all your medical needs in this area.

You mention having taken Nexpro for GERD, of which you say that the main thing that troubles you is nausea, meaning a feeling of vomiting.

The group of issues (symptoms) of vomiting sensations, fatigue, shortness of breath (psychological dyspnea), fast heart beat (tachycardia) indicate that you are under stress. We're talking about tensions causing and being the direct causative factor for psychosomatic issues like GERD. (It's one of the etiologies, and the most probable one here).

Furthermore, you mention that the ECHO has been normal.

I feel you might wish to visit a doctor, and he might prescribe you a low dose (for GERD) of a medicine called as Nortryptiline. This is extremely beneficial for stress that causes digestive problems like GERD. Believe me, this will help you.

If you wish, you can take Nortryptiline with Nexpro. There is no interaction or problem in taking both of them together.

I am certain that your problem is solved now.

Thanks,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
