Question : My 8 yr old son has not eating in three days. He has no fever . He is very fatigue. And glossy eyes and stomach pains should I take him to the hospital

Absence of fever and associated with fatigue' 'poor appetite etc warrant an evaluation by the doctor. He may be anemic or hypothyroid. Better to show him to the pediatrician at the hospital.
