Brief Answer:
Height is appropriate for age but weight is less than expected

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concerns but don't worry. The weight of your son is much less than expected but height is good as per his age. Syp. Aristozyme won't be of help to boost his appetite.

I would recommend you to check him for any illness by blood tests ( CBC, ESR, S. Creatinine, BUN, LFT, S. Na, S. Potassium, urine and stool routine examination). You may upload his reports for my review.

If normal then we will start him on supplements such as folic acid, cyproheptadine, zinc to boost his appetite.

In case of any abnormal report, we will suggest you the most appropriate management and treatment required.

Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care
