Brief Answer:
Due to low hemoglobin

Detailed Answer:
Hello, thanks for trusting health care magic.
The symptoms your daughter is getting can be due to two reasons-
- most probably related to the low hemoglobin level you have mentioned and it is fairly common to have these features in anemic girls.
- PMS pre menstrual syndrome - that is patient has typical mood swings and are seen 7-10 days prior to the expected date of periods and subside with periods.

She should start taking some iron syrup or tablets readily available in market.
Also ask her to
- take lots of water
- include salads, green leafy vegetables, droits like pomegranate, apple, guava and pear in her daily diet.
Follow this for a month and then repeat hemoglobin levels to see response.
If symptoms still persist and are bothersome then visit a gynecologist for examination.
But if she has the periodic pattern of mood swings then she needs to visit a gynecologist now as she might need hormones to regulate the same.
Take care and all the best.
