Brief Answer:
Should subside eventually. Be patient.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. Children often do not eat well when ill. It is possible that your child has a minor viral infection and is therefore not feeding well. The same infection could be the cause of his feeling weak. Management is symptomatic. Give him colorful fruits and vegetables regularly. They contain vitamins, minerals and plenty of antioxidants which should help in boosting the immunity of your child. Pathological testing will not help.

Please be patient. The weakness will gradually go away.

Hopefully that would help. Feel free to write back in case of further queries.

Regards
