Hormonal changes at your age (adolescence)...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
Taking into account your age (15 years old) , your gender (female) and from what you are describing, I can say that lack of appetite you are experiencing (without losing weight) might be related to hormonal changes during this period of life.
It is great that you are not losing weight and that you are always active. However, as you are going through adolescence, hormonal changes are common and might have this effect.
I advise to:
- keep well hydrated (water, fruit juice, etc.)
- if you see that are not feeding well, then, multivitamin supplementation is advised as per your daily needs
- get your stool examined for ova/parasites to exclude intestinal parasitic infections.
- consume healthy foods
- apply good hygienic measures
All the best!
