Brief Answer:
Did you take XXXXXXX alcoholic drink? How often has this happened before?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this difficulty maintaing your balance that you have described. The most common cause is hangover from alcohol consumption and I will like to know if you took some alcohol last night. IF you did, then that's most likely the cause and if not, I will say monitor only and let's see if this will persist or not. I will only go ahead and recommend further aggressive evaluation if this symptom persist. This is because most of these may be transient and not of any major pathological significance.

In all, could be caused by alcohol. Otherwise, monitor only and if it persists, then we shall evaluate more closely in order to identify the cause and manage accordingly.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
