Brief Answer:
hypoglycemia, hypotension, take her to hospital

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
Check whether she is breathing, raise her leg at least 12 inches from ground, loosen the restrictive clothing.

Kindly take her to hospital, it might be due to hypoglycemia. So random blood sugar need to be checked first.
Hypotension is other cause that need to be ruled out. Checking BP is required.
In case of hypoglycemia, IV glucose might be required, which can be decided on examination. For low blood pressure, intra venous fluids need to be given.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
