Question : Hi I am 34 years male became unconscious for few seconds on the following situation .

1. For planting a tree I was digging and got up became unconscious for few seconds .

2. Having sex in standing poisition, after some time became unconscious for few seconds. This had happen 2-3 time. Please suggest what could be the reason.

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Loss of consciousness in standing position or sudden change in posture may be due to postural hypotension.
Investigations are required to diagnose the cause of such problems. You need to get blood pressure measured, blood sugar tested and autonomic function testing.
You should avoid changing postures suddenly and move limbs for some time.
Take adequate fluid and salt.
Compression stockings are also an option.
Medications if required may be initiated.
Get examined by a physician.
