Question : After using covance 50 my husband's sexual activity is reduced. He is not interested to go for doctor check up

Hello,
Loss of libido (interest in sex) is not a common side effect of covance but it can happen with any medication for blood pressure. I would encourage your husband to see his doctor and ask for a different medication that may not have this side effect. If he is not willing to see his doctor then I am afraid there is not much you can do. However, he must see is doctor at some point for evaluation of his blood pressure and perhaps you could ask to go with him to that visit and bring this up to his doctor.
