Question: I am having loss of memory, altered speech, and occasional hand/arm tremors. MRI basically normal.

Memory loss can be due to many causes.
Vitamin B12 and Thyroid profile needs to done along with liver profile, renal function test.
Detailed examination by a neurologist is required.
If MRI is normal, then possibility of deficiency disorder and degenerative disorder may be present.
