Question : I have a slightly deep cut from my urethra down to my vagina hole. It happened about a year ago and i was too embarressed to go to a doctor . There wasnt much blood just a drop. and i thought it would heal by itself. It seemed like it tried to start to close up a little and then come open again a few times but im not really sure. About two days ago someone put his finger there and was quite rough and it hurt. It doesnt hurt now but im worried could it have made it worse? I booked a doctors appointment on friday to get it sorted out finally but i dont know should i try and go sooner? Should i go to a and e? i could go on monday to the doctors . Im worried that after cutting myself i could of lost sensitivity in my vagina is that possible? I tried masturbating some time ago with a vibrator and only could feel about 10% sensitivity, but i dont know if thats because i wasnt feeling that relaxed mabey?

                                    Brief Answer:
See the doctor on Monday
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
The cut below the urethra that you had a year ago would have healed by now.
The fingering might have caused a superficial abrasion which hurt you. It must have healed and that is the reason it does not hurt now. There is no need to go to Emergency room now.
It is very unlikely that the cut will reduce the vaginal sensitivity. Probably you were tired on that day. That is the reason you did not enjoy enough when you used the vibrator.
See your doctor on Monday for examination.
If you have further queries do write to me. I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
