Question: My tongue has deep grooves, the roof of my mouth feel irritated, and i have lost a lot of my sense of taste

i take multivit caps bid along with folic acid, Ca++, zinc, coq-10. How much more would i take?

I would advise you continue multivitamin caps or syrup along with Vitamin C tablet twice daily .

You should continue either caps or syrup .
As age progress , vitamins deficiency & loss of taste sensation become common .

If your are having nose blockage & cold along with above complain , taste sensation will become less . I would advice steam Steam Inhalation & Saline nasal spray .
