Brief Answer:
Seems to be sprain of forearm muscles.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

It seems that you have suffered a sprain of the forearm muscles. Such minor sprains usually take 7-10 days to resolve.

1.Give enough rest to your forearm muscle. Avoid lifting weight with the forearm till the acute pain subsides completely.
2. Take mild pain killer like acetaminophen or ibuprofen.
3. Hot compresses to your forearm will be useful pain relieving measures. You may apply a local analgesic gel on that area.

Hope this will help you.

Warm regards.
